Galvanizing Plant


Hot Dip Galvanizing Process:

In Hot Dip Galvanizing process, the steel or iron articles are immersed in a bath of a minimum of 98% pure molten zinc to allow metallurgical reaction to occur between steel surface and molten zinc. This leads to corrosion resistance in a wide variety of environments.
There are five main stages in ALDA's galvanizing plant including Surface Preparation, Galvanizing, Centrifuging (if necessary), Quenching, Inspection and Finishing.
All the stages and processes are controlled and inspected by quality control experts.
A variety of sample physical and laboratory tests are performed for Thickness, Adherence, Uniformity and Appearance of the coating.

ALDA enjoys galvanizing long rods, angles and other steel profiles and plates.
Annual Capacity: 1250 tones
Heating system: natural gas
Zinc temperature: max 480 C
Working dimensions: 5.0 x 1.0 x 1.0 m
Standards: ASTM-A123, ASTM-A153


Facilities for galvanizing parts using centrifugal system

ALDA enjoys galvanizing bolt-type products, nuts, washers, suspensions and joint equipment and also other products made of steel or cast iron by using the centrifuge machine.
Annual capacity: 600 tones
Heating system: natural gas
Zinc temperature: max 480-500 C
Standards: ASTM-A123, ASTM-A153
